Manasian, Inc. Helps Launch New Corporate Identity for Prospectiv

Waltham, MA - April 11, 2005 - Prospectiv Direct has hired Manasian, Inc. and Topaz Partners to assist in launching a new corporate positioning and identity including a name change to Prospectiv.

Manasian has created a new logo, literature and a new website that was launched on April 11, 2005. Manasian will continue to work on marketing programs and web activity throughout the year. Topaz Partners are handling P.R. chores for the launch of the new positioning.

The evolution of the brand is a result of Prospectiv's growth as a leader in the online marketing solutions industry. The company was recently ranked seventh in the Boston Business Journal's annual list of the "Area's Fastest-Growing Private Companies". Both agencies were selected following a review earlier this year.
